These terms govern the use of the website sentracast.com (the website), published by Data Pulse Tech SRL, Calea Floreasca 165, One United Tower, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under J2024013096405, tax identification code RO50318990 (Data Pulse Tech).
By accessing the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the website.
Scope
The website presents the Sentra platform and the services of Data Pulse Tech, offers documents for download and provides a contact form. Access is free and requires no account. These terms apply to the website only and do not cover the Sentra application, which is described below.
Use of the website
You may browse the website, download the documents offered on it and send messages through the contact form in order to learn about Sentra and to contact Data Pulse Tech. You agree not to:
- attempt to access parts of the website or of the servers that are not public, or interfere with their operation
- use automated tools to copy or load the website in a way that affects its availability, beyond ordinary search engine indexing
- submit through the contact form content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or that infringes the rights of others
- use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages
Data Pulse Tech may restrict or block access to the website for a visitor who breaches these terms.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, images, screenshots, video, graphics, logos, the Sentra name and mark, the layout and the downloadable documents, are owned by Data Pulse Tech or used under license and are protected by Romanian and European Union law on copyright and trademarks.
You may view, print and download content for the purpose of evaluating Sentra and for internal use within your organization, including sharing the downloadable documents with colleagues, provided the content is not modified and copyright and source notices are kept.
Any other reproduction, publication, distribution or commercial use requires the prior written permission of Data Pulse Tech. Names and marks of other companies mentioned on the website belong to their owners.
Information on the website
The content of the website is provided for general information. Product descriptions, capabilities, figures and screenshots reflect the platform at the time of writing and may change with new releases. They do not constitute an offer, a technical specification or a warranty. The characteristics of a deployment, self hosted or hosted by Sentra, are defined in the agreement with the customer.
Data Pulse Tech makes reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available. It does not warrant that the website is free of errors or interruptions, and may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Data Pulse Tech is not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of the website, from reliance on its content, from interruptions of the website, or from harmful code that reaches your equipment through the website or through downloaded files where Data Pulse Tech has taken reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian law.
Links to other websites
The website contains links to websites and services operated by other parties, such as the providers named in the cookie policy and social networks. They are provided for convenience. Data Pulse Tech has no control over their content or their privacy practices and accepts no responsibility for them.
Other websites may link to sentracast.com provided the link does not imply endorsement by Data Pulse Tech and does not display the website inside another site.
The Sentra application
The Sentra console at app.sentracast.com and the Sentra mobile apps are reserved for the users created by a customer organization.
Their use, and each deployment of the platform, self hosted or hosted by Sentra, are governed by the agreement concluded between Data Pulse Tech and that organization, including the license terms and, where applicable, the data processing agreement, together with the notices shown in the application. Nothing on the website creates such an agreement.
Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data collected through the website is described in the privacy policy. The cookies used are described in the cookie policy.
Changes to these terms
Data Pulse Tech may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes arising from the use of the website are subject to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
