Patient and staff safety
A person on the ground in a corridor, a stairwell or a car park raises a critical alert with a snapshot. The alert clears once the spot is empty. Loitering zones cover entrances and pharmacies at night, and unattended luggage detection covers waiting areas. Alerts reach security staff in the console and the mobile app.
Audit trail and retention
Each recording opened, export and settings change is written to an audit trail kept for two years. The trail cannot be changed from the console. Retention is set per camera, and footage can be locked against deletion while a case is open. Evidence leaves as a signed package that verifies offline.
Rooms without cameras
Sensors cover bathrooms, changing rooms and quiet areas with no image of anyone. Vaping and smoking, aggression and calls for help are detected as events. CO2, particulates and air quality are measured continuously in wards and waiting rooms, with an alert when a threshold is passed.
Buildings, sites and roles
Cameras, recorders and sensors from several buildings or several hospitals sit in one organization tree. Security, facility management and a compliance auditor each get a role built from rights. The auditor can be limited to recorded footage, and each person sees only the cameras assigned to them.
Occupancy, parking and the barrier
Counting lines at entrances show the live occupancy of a waiting area, with thresholds for overcrowding. Bays drawn on the car park camera show free spaces per row. Plate reading at the barrier opens it for ambulances and staff on the plate list.
Counts and heatmaps leave the engine as totals, and the person level search index is kept for two days.
