Cookie policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026.
This page describes the cookies and similar technologies used on sentracast.com, the website of Data Pulse Tech SRL, and how you can control them. It applies to this website only. The Sentra application at app.sentracast.com is governed by the customer agreement.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. On each later request the browser sends the cookie back, which lets the website recognize the browser, keep a session open or remember a choice you made. A session cookie is deleted when you close the browser. A persistent cookie stays until its expiry date or until you delete it.
First party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. Third party cookies are set by another domain whose content the page loads, for example a script or a font.
Cookies set by this website
This website sets two cookies. Neither is used for analytics, advertising or tracking across websites.
- Session cookie. Set by the content management system that serves the pages. It holds a random identifier so the server can link the requests of one visit, including the submission of the contact form. It is strictly necessary and is deleted when you close the browser.
- Consent cookie. Set by the CookieYes consent banner when you make a choice. It records whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, so the banner is not shown again on each page. It is kept for twelve months.
Third party requests
Some elements of the pages are loaded from the servers of other companies. When your browser requests them, those companies receive your IP address and standard browser information, and may set cookies on their own domains under their own policies.
- Google reCAPTCHA. Protects the contact form against automated submissions. The script is loaded from google.com and gstatic.com. Google may set cookies on its own domain to distinguish people from automated software.
- Google Fonts. The Poppins typeface is loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google states that the font service does not set cookies.
- Wawsome. The accessibility widget (contrast, text size, reading aids) is loaded from wawsome.com. It may keep your display preferences in the browser.
- CookieYes. The consent banner script is loaded from cookieyes.com. Your choice is stored in the consent cookie described above.
The privacy policy of each provider describes what it does with the data it receives.
Analytics and advertising
This website does not use analytics services, advertising networks, tag managers, social media plugins or other tracking tools. No profile of your browsing is built and no data about your visit is shared for advertising.
Consent and withdrawal
On your first visit a banner lets you accept or reject the cookies that are not strictly necessary and view each category under Cookie settings. The session cookie is set without consent, as Law 506/2004 allows for cookies needed to deliver a service you requested. Your choice is kept in the consent cookie.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by opening Cookie settings again from the cookie icon shown on each page and saving a new selection. Withdrawal applies to cookies set from that moment. Cookies already stored can be deleted from the browser.
Browser settings
Current browsers let you view the cookies stored on your device, delete them, block cookies from particular websites or block cookies altogether. These options are found in the privacy or site data section of the browser settings, and the help pages of your browser describe the steps for your version.
If the session cookie is blocked, the contact form cannot be sent. If the consent cookie is blocked, the banner appears on each page.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the cookies or the third party services used on the website change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
