Retail
Sentra counts visitors and raises alerts in stores from the cameras already installed. Counting lines at the doors give entries, exits and occupancy per store and per hour. Heatmaps show where customers stop. Alerts cover the back door, the stockroom and the hours when the store is closed. A chain manages its stores from one console.

Footfall and occupancy
A counting line drawn on the door camera counts people in and out. The page shows entries, exits and peak occupancy for the day, the week or a chosen range, with a coverage figure for each window so a gap in the footage is shown as a gap.
- A photo of each crossing, kept with the count
- Occupancy live, with an alert when it stays above a limit
- Resets every hour or at midnight in the store's own time zone
Heatmaps on the shop floor
Heatmaps show where customers walk and where they stop, drawn over the camera's own view of the floor. Traffic and dwell are separate maps, switched between people and vehicles, over the last day, week, month or three months.
- Hourly maps kept for two months, daily maps for years
- Enabled per camera from the console
- Position samples, total dwell and coverage stated for each window

After hours and the back door
Alarm lines on the back door and the stockroom raise an alert when a person crosses them, and person detection covers the whole store when it is closed. Loitering zones cover the entrance. Each alert carries a snapshot and a clip and reaches the person on duty in the mobile app.
- Alert rules per person: which events, which stores, which hours
- Alerts acknowledged and resolved from the inbox, with the history kept
- Thirteen object classes, switched on per camera
Search across stores
A person described in words, or picked from a detection, is found across the stores the user is allowed to see, with a similarity score on each result and a timeline from camera to camera. The search index is kept for two days.
- Search by text, by example or by criteria such as a backpack or a color
- Results stay within the cameras of the user's role
- The full scene behind each result

The chain in one console
Each store, camera and person sits in one organization tree. The chain sets modules, retention and alert rules once at the top, and each store manages its own cameras and people. Reports with the week's footfall and incidents arrive by email on a schedule.
- Roles per desk: store manager, regional supervisor, loss prevention, auditor
- Reports branded with the retailer's name and logo
- Plate reading and parking occupancy for the car park, from the same cameras
Capabilities on this page: Counting, Heatmaps, AI Detection and Alerts, AI Search, Reports and Audit, Parking and Junctions.
