AI video surveillance and analytics on the cameras you already own
Sentra is an AI video surveillance and analytics platform. It connects existing cameras, recorders and sensors and runs on a server you own or hosted by Sentra.

Alerts with evidence
The engine runs one detection and tracking pass per camera on the server. It raises alerts for a person in a closed area, a stopped vehicle or unattended luggage, each with a snapshot and a clip in the console and the mobile app. A perspective filter drops false detections.
- Rules per camera and per person: event types, cameras, severity and hours
- Alert history searched in plain words
- One alert per incident, however long it lasts
Search across cameras
AI Search finds a person or a vehicle by text, by example from a recent detection, or by clothing and vehicle color. Matches from across cameras are ranked by similarity. Each result opens on the full scene, and a timeline follows the subject from camera to camera.
- Search by example, by text or by criteria
- A timeline of the matches ordered in time, with the scene behind each one
- The person level search index is kept for two days

Counting and occupancy
A counting line drawn on the camera picture reports people and vehicles in and out, live occupancy and the peak for the day, by category. Each crossing keeps its picture, and a threshold raises an alert when a count stays past a limit. A coverage figure states how much of the period the camera saw.
- Daily figures kept as a history, so one season is compared with the last
- Free bays per row on the car park camera, turning movements at the junction
- Heatmaps of where people went and where they stopped
Perspective filter
A camera sees the scene in perspective: a person near the lens fills the frame, and the same person at the far fence is a few pixels tall. Two figures dragged onto the picture, one near and one far, teach the engine how tall a person looks in each part of the frame. A detection too large for its place is dropped before it becomes an alert.
- Shadows, reflections and headlights dropped before they reach the inbox
- Set per camera on the camera's own picture, from the console
- A trial mode shows what would have been dropped in the last day

One AI engine on the server
A GPU engine runs one detection and tracking pass per camera. Alerts, counting, parking occupancy, turning movements, heatmaps, plate reading and search across cameras are derived from that pass. There is no AI license per camera.
Cameras and recorders through standard protocols
Sentra connects cameras that use the standard protocols and imports existing recorders with their channels. Live video, alerts with evidence, search, reports and signed evidence exports are in one console, on screen and in the mobile app. The console is in Romanian and English.
Sites in one organization tree
Head office sets the rules once and each site runs its own cameras and people. A remote site keeps an engine that works through an outage and delivers its detections once the link returns. The health of each node, engine and sensor is shown in one place.
Deployment optionsVideo, sensors and AI analytics in one console, with a snapshot and a clip behind each alert.
Capabilities switched on per organization.
Data on your own server or in your own isolated tenant, with an audit trail that cannot be changed from the console.
See it on your own cameras
A demo can run on your cameras or on a Sentra demo site, self hosted or hosted by Sentra. Tell us which events and figures you need, and we prepare it.
