Sentra Cloud
Sentra Cloud is the Sentra platform hosted and operated by Sentra. It runs in an isolated tenant for your organization, and there is no server to buy or maintain. Cameras, recorders and sensors connect to the tenant. The console includes live video and videowalls, server side AI analytics, license plate recognition, counting, parking, heatmaps, environmental sensors and one alert inbox. The same software runs on a server you own or hosted by Sentra.
Live Video and Videowalls
Operators view live streams in layouts from 1x1 to 4x4 or open a videowall for the control room, saved once and opened on a display with a browser. The single camera view offers PTZ control and presets, a live AI overlay and a source badge that names the failure when a stream is down.
Your own isolated tenant
A hosted deployment runs in a tenant of its own on Sentra infrastructure, with the same pages, modules and retention rules as a self hosted installation. Cameras, recorders and sensors connect to your tenant over the connection you choose. Evidence is served only after a visibility check, and tenancy is enforced in the data path itself, including inside AI search. Updates, monitoring and capacity are handled by Sentra.
AI detection and analytics
A GPU engine on the server detects and tracks people, vehicles, bags and animals on each connected camera. Loitering, unattended luggage, alarm lines and person down events, people and vehicle counting, parking occupancy, turning movements, heatmaps and license plate recognition come from one detection pass per camera. AI search finds a person or a vehicle across cameras by example, description or color. Models are fine tuned on real footage, operator feedback flows back into training, and there are no AI licenses per camera.
Recordings, reports and evidence
Operators move through recordings on a calendar and a timeline, keep a range outside retention, download five minutes from the cursor or export a signed evidence package that verifies offline in a browser. Six report kinds carry your name and logo as PDF or CSV, emailed on demand or on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.
Sensors, alerts and the mobile app
Environmental sensors cover rooms where a camera is not acceptable, detecting vaping, THC, smoking, aggression and calls for help and measuring air quality, in the same console as the video. Alerts carry a snapshot and a clip and arrive in one inbox on screen and as push notifications in the mobile app; each person sets rules for what reaches them and when.
Integration and API
Sentra exposes a single API gateway, outbound webhooks that deliver full event JSON to third party systems, and an organization tree where modules, notification policy, retention and branding cascade from a head office to each site. Roles are defined by rights, and each person sees only the cameras assigned to them.
