Parking and Junctions
Bays drawn on the camera picture give occupied and free spaces per row, live. A chart follows each row over the day. Arms drawn on each approach to a junction count vehicles from each arm to each arm, by class, with a spreadsheet export for the traffic engineer.

A bay is drawn by its corners, or a row by its corners and bay count.

Each bay learns what occupied and empty look like.

Turning movements from the existing junction camera, in windows from six hours to a week.
Parking bays
Each bay has a settle time before it reads occupied and a vacate time before it reads free, so a car passing through does not flip a bay. Rows are grouped under a named car park with its own color, and a bay can be marked blocked for works, a container or a reserved space.
Free spaces per row
The parking page shows each row as of the latest minute: occupied, free, blocked and not reported bays with the time of the last report. For the selected row it charts occupied bays over the day with capacity, peak and coverage. A row with no recent data is marked as not reported.
Junction arms
One arm is drawn on each approach, directly before the junction, and named. The name appears in the movement table. Each arm follows cars, trucks, buses and motorcycles, or only the classes selected.
Origin to destination matrix
Vehicles from each arm to each arm, with totals, a vehicles per interval chart and a class filter. Vehicles lost inside the junction are estimated toward their heading and marked as estimates, partial movements are listed separately, and coverage is stated on the page. A before and after record of a new traffic scheme comes from the same camera.
