Data centers
Sentra runs gate access, hall surveillance and environmental alerts for a data center. Hall and entrance cameras raise an alert on a person after hours. Sensors watch temperature, humidity, smoke and air quality. An auditor role reads the audit trail. The platform runs on a server you own or hosted by Sentra.

Vehicles on the allowed list open the barrier; each passage is kept with its picture.
A person on a hall or entrance camera outside the schedule raises an alert.
Sensors in the halls, with thresholds managed from the console.
Who opened which recording, exported what, and changed which setting.

Gate and vehicle access
Each entrance has one card: the reader, the relay, the boom and the last vehicles through. Vehicles on the allowed list carry validity dates and the entrances they open. A read that is denied is kept with the reason, and a manual open by a guard is written to the trail with the guard's name.
- Plate reading on the existing gate camera, no dedicated reader required
- Lists imported in bulk and exported as a spreadsheet
- Repeat reads and offline and online events recorded
Halls and entrances
Person detection on hall and entrance cameras raises an alert outside the access schedule, with a snapshot and a clip. Alarm lines at the doors and loitering zones at the loading bay are drawn on the camera picture. The operations desk watches the halls on a videowall.
- Thirteen object classes, switched on per camera
- Alerts acknowledged and resolved from the inbox, with the history kept
- A camera that goes down is shown with the reason

Environment
Sensors add temperature, humidity, pressure, air quality and smoke readings to the same console as the video. Thresholds raise an alert when a hall drifts out of range, and the readings are kept as a history, so a cooling fault or a ventilation problem can be reviewed afterwards.
- Thresholds per sensor and per reading, managed from the console
- Events with a beginning and an end
- A sensor that stops answering raises one alert
Audit and evidence
Every view of a recording, every export and every change to a setting is written to an audit trail kept for two years, with refused attempts recorded as well. An auditor role reads footage and nothing else. An incident or a customer request is answered with a signed evidence package that verifies outside the platform.
- Filtered by person, device or action, and downloaded
- Sign in through the operator's identity provider
- Reports on a schedule, by email, with the month's events

Recorders and retention
Existing recorders keep their role: their channels are imported and their disks stay the storage behind them, played back from the Sentra timeline. Retention is set per camera, from one to ninety days, footage needed for a case is kept beyond it, and the dashboard shows when the storage will be full at the current rate.
- Record on the Sentra server, on the recorder, or not at all, per camera
- Extended retention is a separate right
- Storage forecast
