Reports and Audit
Six report kinds carry the customer name and logo, as PDF or spreadsheet. They preview as the printed page and run now or on a schedule. An audit trail records each change, each recording opened and each export, with the person who did it.

Detections, alerts and response, sensors and air quality, device inventory, an activity summary and numbered photo evidence.
Letterhead
Customer name and logo on every page, a stable reference number and the generation time.
Scheduled delivery
Emailed to up to ten recipients as a link, daily, weekly or monthly, in Romanian and English.
Print preview
The live preview is the printed page: summary figures, charts, tables with repeated headers and page numbers. A report waits for its evidence images before it offers the PDF, and states a row limit or a failed fetch on the page itself.
Numbered photo evidence
The photo evidence report lays out frames with a number on each, so a claim, a complaint or a police request can cite one picture by number. Detections, alerts, turning movements and events also export as spreadsheets.
Audit trail
Each change to settings, devices and people, each recording opened, each export and each refused access attempt is written to a trail that cannot be changed from the console. Filter by footage viewed, people and access, deletions, cameras and devices or settings, search for a person or an item, and download the result.
